I am a certified Personal Trainer. I do 1-on-1 Personal Training for Teens and Young Adults.
I curate a specific dumb bell based workout routine for you and a plan for cardio. We meet once a week to workout together and talk about your goals and see your weekly progress on tracking charts I send you.
In addition, I give general nutrition advice and talk about the importance and function of the macronutrients (protein, carbs, fats) and calories.
Each week is a different workout. All fully customizable.
This counts as a PE credit for homeschoolers and an elective for others.
